Description

The apartment is bright and comfortable: the interior designer made good use of the contemporary features of the property and blended in designer furniture, soft coloured textiles and nice decorative objects to obtain an easy living sort of atmosphere.

It is composed of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom that can either be prepared with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), and a spacious bathroom with shower cabin. Next to the bedroom there is a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

From both living room and bedroom you can enjoy the beautiful canal view. The nice open space kitchen includes large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4 burners stove and all you need for cooking an excellent meal for 4 people (the table has 4 chairs). The living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa-bed that offers the opportunity to accommodate up to 4 people. The washing machine is located in the closet between the living room and the bathroom.

There is A/C and Wi-Fi, beside all other basic amenities.

The apartment is located on the border between the Dorsoduro and Santa Croce Districts, precisely in Salizada San Pantalon, central and quiet at the same time. In 5 minutes’ walk you can reach the San Tomà Vaporetto stop heading south or the Piazzale Roma car park heading north. It is close to many excellent restaurant, bars, groceries and supermarkets. In fact this is a residential area where many Venetians still live. There are also numerous interesting sights to visit such as the Frari church, Scuola Grande San Rocco, beautiful Campo San Polo, or a short walk to Galleria dell' Accademia or the relaxing Zattere waterfront. The District heart is Campo Santa Margherita, only 2 minutes’ walk far. In the daytime you can find a nice open-air market, children playing, busy locals; in the evening several trendy and classic bars and restaurants opens till midnight and after. The Rialto market is only 15 minutes’ walk away and San Marco can be reached in 10 minutes by boat taking the Vaporetto line number 2 from San Tomà stop.
